INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ADMISSION
1. Forms will be available ONLINE ONLY to ALL ELIGIBLE candidates on our School Website:www.sanps.in . The cost of the admission application form is Rs.200/- (Non-refundable).
2. Please fill your correct information especially contact numbers, birth date of your child and caste.
3. Fill out the details mentioned in the admission application form.
4. (*) indicates mandatory fields.
5. After submission of online registration application form, parents will take the print of registration and submit in the school office for confirmation of admission from school authorities.

Confirmation of Admission
• Once selected, the admission will be confirmed only after receiving the required documents and fees. School fees also need to be paid online as per the fee structure given at end of this document.
• For Online Form/School Fee Payment, you should confirm payment amount and proceed further to make payment through Q.R.
• School fees payment through Q.R. code in school office.
• Parents should take the receipt of fees payment from office after payment.

Nursery	All children born on or between 1^st July 2020 to 31^st December 2021
Jr. KG	All children born on or between 1^st July 2019 to 31^st December 2020
Sr. KG	All children born on or between 1^st July 2018 to 31^st December 2019
Std. I	All children born on or between 1^st July 2017 to 31^st December 2018

Note - Admission for Grade Nursery to IX will be given as per the availability of seats.

- Xerox copy – Caste certificate/Father school/college leaving certificate
II to IX Std:
